Kelly Lewis, SPHR, CCP is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Compensation Professional with almost 20 years of experience working across industries in private, public and non-profit sectors.  She is currently owner of Allied HR Consulting since November 2005.  The mission of Allied HR Consulting is to serve human resource departments and business owners, in all areas of Human Resources where such companies neither have designated staff or expertise to address current and future HR issues.  Kelly also served as Communications Director for the Northwest Human Resource Management Association and VP of Communications and Public Relations for the Mt Baker Chapter of SHRM.  Prior to starting her consulting business, she was Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue Washington for four years.   She has worked in areas of health care, manufacturing, engineering, education and various public sector entities, as well as retail. Kelly graduated with a masters degree in Human Resource Management from Seattle Pacific University in 1991 and bachelors degree from Western Washington University in Communications in 1987.
